Day 1

Arrival & Sunset Boat Ride

Arrival at Godkhali Ferry Ghat

10:00 AM – Pickup from Canning Railway Station by Auto/Tata Magic and transfer to Godkhali Launch Ghat to board the boat.

1:30 PM – Lunch onboard.

2:00 PM – Arrival at Pakhiralay, a peaceful village located just opposite the Sundarban Tiger Reserve, surrounded by forests and river breezes, perfect for a relaxing weekend.

4:00 PM – Enjoy a short boat ride to explore the Sundarban Bird Jungle with a mesmerizing sunset view. Return to Pakhiralay by 6:00 PM.

7:00 PM – Experience a local folk dance performance followed by complimentary tea/coffee and snacks.

10:00 PM – Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

Jungle Safari & Watchtowers

Sundarban Jungle Safari & Wildlife Exploration

8:00 AM – Start the Sundarban Delta Safari by boat.

8:30 AM – Begin the Jungle Safari at Sajnekhali Tiger Reserve, guided by a government-authorized tourist guide.

9:30 AM – Embark on a thrilling boat safari through various rivers, islands, and creeks, covering:

  • Pirkhali, Banbibi Varani, Sundarkhali, Khonakhali, Choragaji, Deulvarani, SarakKhali 1 & 2, Gazikhali, Nobanki, Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower
    (Chance to spot wildlife such as spotted deer, crocodiles, wild boars, snakes, water monitor lizards, various birds, and if lucky, the Royal Bengal Tiger!)

12:30 PM – Visit Do-Banki Tiger Reserve & Watch Tower. Enjoy a canopy walk (896 meters) within a netted enclosure, offering a unique wildlife viewing experience.

1:30 PM – Visit Panchamukhi (Five River Junction) and Jharkhali Tiger Reserve & Watch Tower by boat.

5:00 PM – Return to Pakhiralay after an exciting Sundarban National Park Safari.

10:00 PM – Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3

Village Walk & Departure

Local Exploration & Return to Kolkata

9:00 AM – After breakfast, enjoy a local village walk for a couple of hours to experience the rural charm of Sundarban.

Return to the hotel, then proceed to visit:

  • Hamilton Bungalow

  • Rabindranath Tagore Bungalow

Next, transfer by boat to reach the car for the return journey to Kolkata. Lunch will be provided en route.

4:00 – 5:00 PM – Arrive at Canning or Kolkata.

11 PM :-  Amudi fish fry with tea.

Lunch :-  Rice, Daal, fry, mix sabji, Brinjal Ilish Carry, Dohi Ilish, chatni, Papad.

Evening :-  Veg Pakora/egg chowmin,tea/coffee.

Dinner :-  Rice/ Polaw Rice, Daal, vaji, Mutton curry, salad.

Day 3 - Food Menu

Sajnekhali Wildlife Sanctuary

Sajnekhali Wildlife Sanctuary is a key attraction in the Sundarbans, known for its rich biodiversity and the iconic Mangrove Interpretation Centre. Home to Royal Bengal Tigers, crocodiles, deer, and numerous bird species, it offers a great wildlife experience. The sanctuary also houses a watchtower and a temple dedicated to Bonbibi.

Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower

Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower in Sundarbans offers stunning views of mangrove forests and wildlife, including the Royal Bengal Tiger, deer, and crocodiles.
